Vidamonti does not sell intake form data for money. Vidamonti does not share intake form content for third-party advertising. Certain website identifiers, cookie data, or pixel data may be shared with analytics or advertising technology providers when such tools are enabled, subject to applicable consent and opt-out controls.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Engagement proceeds engagement-related intake records will be retained for 7 years after the engagement concludes.
NDA or contract NDA, contract, and related negotiation records will be retained for 7 years after expiry or termination.
Technical data technical, analytics, cookie, and usage data will be retained for up to 24 months, unless a shorter period is configured in the relevant tool or a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, audit, or compliance.

We may retain limited records for longer where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain audit records, or protect security.

The FTC recommends collecting only what is needed, keeping it secure, and disposing of it securely.
